Modern Duplexes Built to Step 5 Standards

These five high-performance duplexes, built to Step 5 of the BC Energy Code, set a new standard for energy-efficient mountain living. The project involved major excavation and blasting, along with geothermal systems for sustainable heating and cooling. A hybrid of half ICF and traditional forming techniques ensures durable, exposed concrete finishes.
