  • Hidden structural issues and fire safety risks from unauthorized renovations.

Interior of a room under construction in Whistler, BC with drywall, a ladder, a vacuum, and construction materials.

What started as a routine fire inspection quickly uncovered a hidden issue—unauthorized renovations by a previous owner had compromised the structural integrity of the building. Critical fire separations were missing, and structural beams had been altered, putting the space at risk.

Our team reinforced the structural beams, restored fire safety, and brought the space up to code with care and precision. Then, we took it further: upgrading light fixtures, refinishing the kitchen, refreshing the paint, and adding new carpet to enhance warmth and comfort.

The result? A space that’s not only safe but beautifully restored—so you can focus on what matters most: fresh air, mountain views, and time well spent.
