In Whistler’s Emerald Estates, this custom home is rising on a steep, narrow lot—terrain that posed challenges we were ready to meet. Golden Spruce took the lead on architectural drawings and navigated the full municipal process, including zoning analysis, bylaw interpretation, and permit applications.

Working within a permitted GFA of 3,500 sq. ft., we developed a design strategy that delivered over 6,600 sq. ft. of usable space—without breaking any limits. Every inch of the home reflects careful planning and creative problem-solving.
